Didn't y'all hear the State of the Union speech? Science is going to save us. And Bush knows his science, because he's going to invest a bunch of money in it to stop us from being addicted to oil.
But that might just be a "theory". In fact until it's proven, that's what we'll call it. Actaully, all of his promises will just be called theories until they are proven.
