He was a Saint here and now a Saint there.
While I would love to be drinking a few with the rest of the crowd at the Bull Dog, I have to leave town for a wedding. So I have the distinct honor of being the first blogger to blog about Ashley's funeral.
I want to thank those who spoke and kept us laughing, the Hot 8 for playing so well and bringing me to tears finally and to the community Ashley loved and that loved him back for being there.
There was Hana and the kids, the Roller Girls, the shrimp boots, the black and gold.
Ashley I will miss you terribly and will be sure to make this the most important Saints season I have ever taken part of as a fan in your honor.
Read this from the Big Easy Roller Girls to learn more about Ashley and Hana.
You can read his Obit in the TP. He is Dr. Morris by the way.
Or read a bit what Ray thinks.
